However, due to the nature of our work, refunds are subject to the terms outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
1. Non-Refundable Deposits
1.1. All projects require a non-refundable deposit to secure our services and begin work. This deposit covers administrative costs, initial consultations, and preparatory work.
1.2. By making a deposit, you acknowledge and agree that this amount is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation by the client.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1. Refunds for payments beyond the initial deposit will only be considered if the project is canceled before significant progress has been made. Any refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.
2.2. Work already delivered, including drafts, designs, or content, is non-refundable.
2.3. Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with creative output after delivery if the work adheres to the agreed-upon scope and brief.
3. Client-Initiated Cancellation
3.1. If you choose to cancel the project, you must provide written notice. You will be required to pay for all work completed up to the cancellation date, including any billable hours or out-of-pocket expenses incurred.
3.2. If the cancellation occurs after the project is near or at completion, no refund will be issued.
4. Company-Initiated Termination
4.1. We reserve the right to terminate the project if the client fails to comply with the agreed-upon terms, including but not limited to:
Failure to provide necessary materials.
Delayed approvals or responses that disrupt the project timeline.
Non-payment of invoices.
Excessive revisions beyond the agreed scope.
4.2. If termination occurs due to a breach of the terms, the client will be liable for the full project cost unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Dispute Resolution
5.1. In the event of a dispute regarding payments or refunds, we encourage both parties to engage in good faith discussions to reach a resolution.
5.2. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to arbitration or legal proceedings, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
